PAYMENT DETAILS

Once you have submitted your registration, you will be forwarded an invoice for payment including banking details. Payment is only to be made into the conference account upon receipt of your invoice. Confirmation of attendance will be sent to you once proof of payment has been received

Should you cancel your registration before 5 February 2009, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded to you

Should you cancel your registration after 9 February 2009, a 100% cancellation fee will be levied

Registered delegates may send a substitute attendee for the event , if written notice is received by 14 February 2009.
