AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Green Bushpig Safaris will arrange for delegates to be met personally at Johannesburg’s OR Tambo Airport on their arrival at a cost of R300 (depending on the number of people). They have a fulltime co-ordinating service situated at the airport. Please complete your flight details on the accompanying TOURS & ACCOMMODATION FORM.

Although the conference will end at approximately 17:00 on Thursday, 22 October, it is suggested that delegates fly home the following morning. Remember that the optional post-conference tours will take place on Friday, 23 October. Green Bushpig Safaris will be asking for delegates’ return flight details during the conference and will arrange transfers back to the airport as required.

SHUTTLE TRANSPORT

Courtesy transport will be provided daily between the appointed hotels (except for The Farm Inn) and the conference venue and to and from the social functions. A bus timetable will be included in the Conference Programme Handbook.

Delegates choosing to stay at alternative venues will need to make their own travel arrangements, either with the accommodation venue they have chosen or by hiring a car from any one of the various car rental agencies represented in South Africa and at the airport.
