We regret that registration is now closed
as we have reached the venue's capacity.
Early Bird registration fees applied until 15 May 2011, after
which Late Fees have applied. Members of IWA or WISA are entitled to discounted
fees - please provide your membership number where indicated on the
registration form, as numbers will be verified in order for the member rates to
be used. If your membership number cannot be verified, non-member fees will be
applied.
Registration
Fees Payment of the
registration fee is strictly in advance, absolutely NO exemptions will be made
(Government and municipal delegates included).

MUST attach to your registation form EITHER your completed WISA membership
application with your proof of payment, OR your completed IWA membership
application with your proof of payment, OR your IWA membership confirmation
from the instant online membership application.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment may
be made by cheque deposit or internet transfer only, please pay only on receipt
of invoice, using the banking details provided on the invoice & quote
your invoice number. Payment of the fee must be made in South African
Rands. Do not pay your fee before submitting your completed Registration Form
and receiving an invoice. It is vitally important that the invoice number
should then be used as a reference when depositing or transferring the payment.
All registrations will be acknowledged by e-mail within a week of receipt.
IMPORTANT, please
note: Payment of the registration fee is strictly in advance for all delegates
including those from governmental and municipal departments. No
exceptions can be made. If you are a delegate from a government or municipal
department, please provide your order number where indicated on the
registration form.
Please note that proof of payment will be required at the
registration desk in order to enter the conference venue. Credit card
facilities will be available to allow payment on entry in the event that your
payment has not been received; however a 5% surcharge will be levied for use of
this facility.
A
SUBMITTED REGISTRATION FORM IS TAKEN AS A FIRM COMMITMENT AND IN THE EVENT OF
NON-ATTENDANCE, THE DELEGATE WILL BE HELD PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF
THE FULL AMOUNT.
Cancellation: Should you be unable to attend the conference
after paying your registration fee, you may cancel prior to 20th June 2011 and
a refund (less bank charges and an administration fee) will be returned to you
after the conference. After 20th June 2011 no refund can be considered - but
substitutions can be made until 30th June 2011.
